Begin by choosing our pre-built starting point “Customer Service Assistant”.
Step 2: Configure assistant
Answer questions, select preferences, and upload knowledge base documents, to fine-tune your assistant for improved performance
Step 3: Reply to emails
Using Cassidy’s chrome extension, select the customer service assistant, highlight the email text, and ask it to draft a reply.
